
Kunzang Dechen Lingpa
Kunzang Dechen Lingpa ("Treasure Discoverer of Total Goodness and Great Bliss"). A Wise elder and great visionary, Kunzang Dechen Lingpa visited Tigers Nest in 2005 performing healing rituals with his monks and nuns. His own life reads like a fantastic tale: from the prophecies about his birth to the enlightened visions and experiences of his early childhood, and from his study with the greatest Lamas of the last century to his flight from Tibet, arriving at his recognition as a true living Buddha.
He was due to visit again in 2006, but passed away, one month before coming.Those who met him saw a deeply loving and compassionate human being whose openness and wisdom illuminated his simple, straightforward approach. He inspired Tigers Nest by his visit and gave his blessings.

James Low
James Low began studying and practicing Tibetan Buddhism in India in the 1960s. He received teachings from many great teachers including C R Lama, with whome he lived in his home in Bengal for many years, s being taught many aspects of the tradition. During this period in India James also did several retreats and pilgrimages in the Himalayas. James has translated many tantric texts and sadhanas. C. R. Lama asked James to teach in 1976.
Currently James is regularly teaching Dzogchen in Europe and publishes translations and commentaries from time to time.
He has a rare ability to teach and share the essence of the Dzogchen teachings beyond sectarianism and in a language and expression that is both fresh and relevant to 21st century life.

Bino Tulku
Bino Tulku is from Mechukpa in Arunachel Pradesh, a remote part of the Eastern Himalayas. His father was a tribal chief and his Mother is from Tibet. He lived with his teacher (a renowned yogi), in a cave near Darjeeling for two years. For the past few years he has lived in the UK, and is also a disciple of Kunzang Dechen Lingpa. He acts as a translator for visiting Lamas, as well as practising the healing chod.

Keith Dowman
Keith is a renowned teacher of non duality from the Dzogchen view, with an ability to cut through cultural and traditional boundaries, allowing the clarity and simplicity of the essence of the teachings to be revealed. He has lived in Nepal for many years and translated many great texts, commentaries and books on Dzogchen & Tibetan Buddhism.

Huw Wyn
Huw is founder of Tigers nest & offers one to one meetings, holds group meetings and retreats.
He also runs The LOndon Festival of Sacred Music & Arts & co-runs Wildhear t& is also an author and creator of The Dharma diary, Sacred places diaries, Divine whispers book of ecstatic poetry & The Sufi Prince, a new novel out in 2011. For many years he travelled in India, Tibet, Europe and the States, meeting elders and teachers along the way.
He also studied Tibetan medicine in Ladakh and at Samye Ling monastery in Scotland. .
