About Tigers Nest

Tigers Nest provides talks retreats, courses and enquiry in whatever form is most suitable for the present moment.We run our events mainly in the UK & also host tours to sacred places around the world.

Tigers Nest started by inviting teachers and elders from around the world mainly from Ladakh, Tibet and the Himalayas. Over time we have worked with a wide range of teachers from all over the world & various projects have grown in partnership with other inspiring groups.We also co host The Wild Heart Gatherings with Trackways.

Named after a famous retreat cave in Bhutan, Tigers nest was initially inspired by the profound and beautiful non dual teachings of Dzogchen

(Great perfection) teachings from Tibet.
